so ?
So, I’m a dark skinned African American leaning on the warm, dark brown side of the spectrum. I LOVE MY SKIN!!! I think it’s absolutely beautiful, but I also feel like there’s nothing wrong with being as beautiful as you can naturally be. My face doesn’t give me much of a problem. I actually get asked quite frequently whether or not I wear foundation because of this, but I can’t seem to get flawless skin anywhere else. I have dark knees and elbows and visible, dark hair follicles on my legs. I’ve been scrubbing my entire body with a loofa daily, but it had only lightened my underarms. I’m willing to try almost ANYTHING! I want beautiful, Nubian skin this summer. A natural skin lightener (not lemons, that crap DOESN’T WORK) would be awesome. However, I don’t want to lighten my skin to be light skinned, I just want to enhance my color that I love so very much. All of my skin is smooth as silk and is even on my arms, back, and stomach. I just can’t seem to be able to do much about these stubborn spots. I know noBODY is perfect (get it?!), but who says we can’t try to be?
